The yeasts used in the preparations are Saccharomyces species (e.g. Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and have nothing to do with Candida albicans apart from the fact that they are both yeasts. They are classified as non-disease-causing (apathogenic) yeasts. In contrast to Candida albicans, these yeasts stimulate the immune system in various ways (phagocytosis, IgA production) and thereby help prevent the spread of Candida albicans. But Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® also make a valuable contribution to nutrition through their content of nutrients and active substances (enzymes, B vitamins, minerals, trace elements etc.), especially in Candida infections. Products with Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® are even to be recommended in Candida related diseases.

The yeasts of the enzyme-yeast cell preparations are no longer capable of reproduction and can therefore also be taken during a Candida related disease.

All preparations with Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® are free from lactose (milk sugar) and milk protein.

You can safely take all preparations with Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® for long periods. No intake pause is necessary. Since free radicals are constantly produced in the body’s cells or are introduced from outside (cigarettes, environmental toxins) and there may be a deficiency of certain vital substances, it is therefore valuable to take these Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® for a prolonged period. Several 6-week courses of treatment per year are also valuable.

It is not recommended to give preparations with Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® to children, pregnant women and breast feeding women or to formerly alcohol dependent persons. These preparations contain between 8 and 12 % natural fermentative alcohol. Instead, we recommend other alcohol-free products from the product range of Dr. Wolz Zell GmbH, e.g. to strengthen the immune system.

Gout sufferers should take into account the natural purine content of the yeast in their daily diet. Healthy persons are subject to no restriction. Enzyme Yeast Cells Dr. Wolz® contain about 100 mg uric acid per 30 ml.
